Inform your customers about shipment changes. For instance:
- a certain ingredient was not available, and you've replaced it with another
- the packaging has changed
- expected delivery date is changed
- there is a backlog, and shipment is delayed

With the app you can easily upload a list of people that are affected with a certain shipment. A list can be uploaded via CSV, so it can come from any system you already have.
Sometimes delivery was not possible on certain items, and feedback from a customer is needed. A customer requested Priority shipping, but there is problem with a 3rd party your business relies on, and that party currently has a delay. Simply search for these customers in Zendesk or upload them via a CSV. And ask them for the information or propose a solution that's required to resolve the problem.
