Why don't my deleted tickets show up in the Deleted tickets view?
Answer
Normally tickets should show up under deleted tickets. There is an exception to this. That is if the app is deleting 'Archived Tickets', an archived ticket is a ticket that has been closed for more than 120 days. These tickets don't show up under the Deleted tickets view.
The tickets are still completely deleted after 30 days.
