Usually when you need to find the CC-ed tickets of the requester, agents needs to take three steps.
1) Navigate to the Zendesk User Profile.
2) Click Requested tickets
3) Click CC-ed tickets.
That's three (annoying) clicks away.
With Shortcuts this is now done in one click by adding the following URL in your Shortcut.
https://{{replace with your subdomain}}.zendesk.com/agent/tickets/{{ticket.requester.id}}/requester/ccs
Don't forget to insert your own Zendesk subdomain!
