In case you have the need to delete all your data you can use the following query & action.
Query: updated>"(starting date zendesk)"updated<"(current date)"
Action: Delete requester & delete tickets
Select: Permanently delete
Important note
Zendesk's API has certain limitations. It is possible that your search query does not lead to any results even though your query is correct. When this happens, we advise to insert queries in batches per year.
An example can look like this.
updated>"2021-01-01"updated<"2021-12-31"
updated>"2020-01-01"updated<"2020-12-31"
