Can I import users via Proactive Bulk Tickets?
Answer
Yes, you can import users during a Proactive Message. Via an upload a CSV can be added. And the columns can be mapped to user profile attributes and/or campaign variables (which can be used once and in the message). Read here how to use the Import Users feature
