Review Related tickets is a unique feature for Proactive Bulk Tickets for Zendesk. That helps bring to the workload of unnecessary work for other teammates.
This feature gives the person that's informing your customers the option to solve –already created– tickets by these customers. Now, read that sentence again.. but slowly.
This feature allows you to inform people in bulk. The way that works is as follows:
- you start a new Proactive Bulk Message,
- the users are imported,
- the messages are sent,
- you then see the Review Related page
- and can select which tickets to solve.
