2. You need help with the search query of your external platform
Most online platforms use a .... search format that generates a unique URL. There often is an easy way how you can find this unique search URL. Below you will be given an example of how to reach this URL.
Step 1. Go to the homepage / search page of your external system and register the URL
Step 2. Enter a "Test" text in order to learn the search format.

Step 3. Remove the inserted search text and the URL that remains is the base you need for your shortcut.

Once you have completed these simple steps you can use the Zendesk placeholders to complete your Shortcut link.
