Shortcuts
- @Mention issue in ZAF, when first item of the agent comment has @Mention, ZAF would break, and causes issue to submit a ticket.
- When saving a Snippet you now no longer have to refresh the browser.

Proactive Bulk Tickets
- Multilingual campaigns were no longer highlighted during composing of a campaign.
- Show a count of the number of tickets, and/or CCs selected for the campaign.
- No longer show the Macro title after applied on compose page
- For usability sometimes a double linebreak is shown, but isn’t actually used. This linebreak is now there, but no longer shows a double line break.

Voucher Code
- Previously undocumented legacy custom object limits implemented on the Search API endpoint, now enforced in the app too (management voucher list pages).

Macro Suite
- Agent Assist dropdowns could have non-unique values. This caused confusion for agents selecting options in the dropdown.

Proactive Bulk Tickets now has full support for images
With the support for images on Proactive Bulk Tickets, it’s now possible to paste, upload, reorder and resize images during the compose stage of your Proactive Campaign.
Guide segments available on Proactive Bulk Tickets
Choose your Guide Segments as option for sending out your Proactive Campaign. Send to the individual users from the segment, or CC by any share attribute.
Patterns are enabled in Shortcuts
For Shortcuts there’s a new feature. You can now add Patterns for tickets comments and subjects. Whenever an agent views a ticket, pre-fill any (text) field from a pattern in the comment or subject.
