Introducing attachment redaction in GDPR: Search & Destroy
With the new feature you can redact (=delete) attachments in your account by date. It's part of the high performance tasks, and as you know with apps from Sparkly: it completely runs without sharing any data outside your Zendesk.

Exporter control speed to export
When using exporter and you're trying to download loads of data, you're browser might become unresponsive or Zendesk rate limits your incremental exports endpoint. With the new control you can self-configure the performance of the export.

Adding CCs via the custom actions on Macros in Macro Suite
This feature allows you to add CCs to any ticket when using custom dropdowns or multiselect fields. With this feature you can choose to set a different CC depending on the agent's choice in the custom field.
